Introduction

Cashflow 101 is an educational tool in board game format designed by Robert Kiyosaki (author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad), which aims to teach the players concepts of investing by having their money work for them in a risk free setting (play money) while simultaneously increasing their financial literacy and stressing the imperative nature of accountability.

There are two stages to the game. In the first, "the rat race", the player aims to raise his or her character's passive income level to where it exceeds the character's expenses. The winner is determined in the second stage, "the fast track". To win, a player must get his or her character to buy their "dream" or accumulate an additional $50,000 in monthly cash flow.

Who should play this game?

The Glycemic index or GI is a measure of the effects of carbohydrates on blood glucose levels. Carbohydrates that break down rapidly during digestion releasing glucose rapidly into the bloodstream have a high GI; carbohydrates that break down slowly, releasing glucose gradually into the bloodstream, have a low GI. For most people, foods with a low GI have significant health benefits. The concept was developed by Dr. David J. Jenkins and colleagues ^[1] in 1980–1981 at the University of Toronto in their research to find out which foods were best for people with diabetes.

Wii Remote & Nunchuk

The Wii Remote, sometimes nicknamed "Wiimote", is the primary controller for Nintendo's Wii console. The Nunchuk (model number RVL-004) is the first controller attachment Nintendo revealed for the Wii Remote. It connects to the Wii Remote via a cord that is about 1 to 1.2m long. Its appearance when attached resembles the nunchaku, hence the name. It features an analog stick and two trigger buttons. It works in tandem with the main controller in many games. Like the Wii Remote, the Nunchuk also provides a three-axis accelerometer for motion-sensing and tilting, but without a speaker, a rumble function, or a pointer function.
